Accoya Front Door Replica for a Grade 2 Listed Cottage

A stunning Accoya entrance, crafted as an exact replica to replace the original feature that was over 100 years old in a beautiful Grade 2 listed cottage in a Northumberland village. Its striking angled panels reflect a design often seen in historic properties in places such as York, Durham, and Newcastle.

Often referred to as “cricket bat” panels due to their unique shape, it was fitted into the existing curved head glazed frame. Reusing as much of the client’s original ironmongery as possible ensured that this replacement was as sympathetic as possible.
